HEARTWORM TESTING!

The 2007 VITA-TECH Heartworm Program is designed to promote Wellness testing in your clinic.

VITA-TECH will add heartworm testing with our Basic Wellness Profile (P0HS) during heartworm season (March 1^st - August 31^st). In addition, we are offering three more comprehensive Wellness profiles suitable for dogs of varying ages, to meet the needs of your more progressive owners. You can add heartworm testing to any of these profiles at a special price.

The four Wellness Profiles below with their new codes have replaced all previous Wellness Profiles, effective March 1, 2007.

Basic Wellness Profile (code: P0HS)

• For healthy dogs less than 2 years of age without clinical symptoms
• Includes 8 biochemistry test results
• Heartworm testing can be added during heartworm season

Wellness 1 Profile (code: W1)

• For healthy dogs between 2 and 6 years of age without clinical symptoms
• Includes 12 biochemistry test results and a Partial CBC
• Heartworm testing can be added at a special price

Wellness 1A Profle (code: W1A)

• Same as Wellness 1 Profile, except with Full CBC

Wellness 2 Profile (code W2)

• Our most comprehensive wellness profile for healthy dogs of any age
• Particularly appropriate for senior dogs or dogs with previously diagnosed problems that are currently under control.
• Includes 22 biochemistry test results and a Full CBC
• Heartworm testing can be added for a special price
